H.R. 1512 CLEAN Future Act
Promotion of the inclusion of the role of natural gas in our nations clean energy future.
H.R. 4153, Clean Energy Future Through Innovation Act
The legislation would make significant investments in energy innovation and infrastructure, including carbon capture, advanced nuclear, renewables, efficiency, and storage. After a decade of innovation, it establishes a technology-neutral clean energy standard that would reduce CO2 emissions 80% by 2050.
HR 6084, Energy Product Reliability Act
Legislation that would establish a quasi-independent pipeline reliability organization that would conflict with PHMSA authority over pipeline safety, TSA authority over pipeline security and overall state regulatory authority over gas distribution systems.
