Support H.R. 2454, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009, to cap global warming pollution and increase energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Work to strengthen S. 1462, the American Clean Energy Leadership Act of 2009, to include a stronger renewable electricity standard. Oppose offshore drilling and tar sands provisions.
Support S. 433 to establish a Renewable Electricity Standards of 25% by 2025.
Opposition to any efforts to undermine the accounting of the lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions of biofuels.
Support for S. 1733, the Clean Energy Jobs and American Power Act to put a cap on global warming pollution and create clean energy jobs.
Support for H.R. 4213, American Workers, State and Business Relief Act of 2010, to provide tax extension credits for several energy programs.
Support for S. 1379, the Energy Efficiency in Housing Act of 2009, to increase energy efficiency standards for housing sector.

Supprt H.R. 5644, the End Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act of 2010, that would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal fossil fuel subsidies for large oil companies.
Support Amendment 4318 to H.R. 4213, the Tax Extenders Act of 2009, that would cut big oil subsidies to reduce the deficit and invest in the Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant Program.

Work to strenghthen the Toxic Chemicals Safety Act of 2010 and S. 3209, the Safe Chemicals Act, that would reform and update the Toxic Substances Control Act of 1977.
Opposition to H.J. Res 66 to disapprove a rule submitted by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency relating to endangerment and cause or contribute findings for greenhouse gases under section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act: determines that finding that the Environmental Protection Agency has the authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act shall have no force or effect.

Opposition to H.J. Res 76 to disapprove a rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to the endangerment finding and the cause or contribute findings for greenhouse gases under section 202(a) of the Clean Air Act: determines that finding that the Environmental Protection Agency has the authority to regulate greenhouse gas emissions under the Clean Air Act shall have no force or effect.
Opposition to H.R. 391 to amend the Clean Air Act to provide that greenhouse gases are not subject to the Act, and for other purposes: codifies exemptions for the definition of "air pollutant" under the Clean Air Act and that it does not give the Environmental Protection Agency to regulate climate change or global warming.
Opposition to H.R. 4396, the Save Our Energy Jobs Act, to amend the Clean Air Act such that greenhouse gas emissions are not regulated under its authority.
Opposition to H.R. 4572 to amend the Clean Air Act relating to greenhouse gases, and for other purposes: codifies exemptions for the definition of "air pollutant" under the Clean Air Act and amends provisions of the Renewable Fuel Standard.
