H.R. 1552/S.932 - Medicare Patient Access to Physical Therapists Act of 2007: prevent direct access to physical therapists in order to avoid unnecessary and overuse of therapy services.
H.R. 1293/S.1338 - Access to Medicare Imaging Act of 2007: place a 2 year moratorium on payment cuts to imaging services.
H.R. 1934 - Prompt Payment Improvement Act of 2007: bring federal attention to prompt payment reform currently regulated on the state level.
H.R. 3038 - Medicare Physician Payment Reform Act of 2007: reform Medicare physician payment formula
H.R. 1408 - Health Information Technology Act of 2007: ensure investments in health to produce interoperable and compatible systems/programs.
