Discussed concerns with potential efforts to impose additional mandatory reporting requirements on electric utilities regarding grid security.
Discussed the need for federal funding for public power utilities serving defense critical facilities (i.e., those with defense critical electric infrastructure).
Discussed support for language to prevent public disclosure of sensitive critical energy/electric infrastructure information in potential grid security bills.
