Oppose H.R.3, a bill to approve the Keystone XL pipeline.
Oppose S.1., a bill to approve the Keystone XL pipeline, and related anti-environment amendments and support for pro-environment amendments.
Support for the Obama administrations Climate Action Plan, specifically the draft Clean Power Plan, which sets the first national limits on carbon pollution from power plants.
Oppose efforts to legislatively undermine the EPAs Clean Power Plan, including H.R. 2042 and S. 1324 though policy riders in the Interior-Environment Appropriations bills.
Support the Obama administrations efforts to develop smart and reasonable methane standards for the oil and gas industry through EPA and Interior rulemakings.
Support the extension of critical clean energy tax incentives, including the Production Tax Credit and Investment Tax Credit.
Oppose Arctic Ocean drilling by Shell and any other oil company.
Call for strong reforms to the federal coal leasing program overseen by the Department of the Interior.
Support the Department of Energy setting increased efficiency standards for gas furnaces.
Support Huffman amendment to Defense Appropriations Act to strike Section 8053 of the bill, which requires U.S. military facilities in Kaiserslautern Germany to use anthracite coal exported from a very specific location in the U.S. as the base load energy for heat.

Oppose H.R. 185, the Regulatory Accountability Act that jeopardizes public protections for our air, water, and food.
Support the FRAC Act (H.R.1482, S. 785), which would close the loophole exempting fracking from the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA).
Support the BREATHE Act (H.R. 1548), which closes loopholes in the Clean Air Act (CAA) that allow the oil and gas industry to emit significant amounts of toxic air pollution.
Support the FRESHER Act (H.R. 1460), which would close the loophole that waives permit requirements for oil and gas development near waterways.
Support the CLEANER Act, (H.R. xxxx) which closes the loophole in RCRA that allows toxic waste from oil and natural gas production to avoid hazardous waste requirements.
Support the SHARED Act (H.R. 1548), which requires testing of water sources near planned oil and gas operations before fracking begins.
Support the EPA and Army Corps of Engineers Waters of the United States proposed rule, which would clarify which waters deserve protection under the Clean Water Act, and oppose all Congressional attempts to block or undermine the rule.
Support the EPAs efforts to reduce harmful air pollution by updating ozone standards and push for strongest possible final rule.
Support DOIs efforts to consider the effects of black carbon pollution on accelerating Arctic climate change as the department updates its air regulations.
Oppose H.R. 2028, the FY2016 House Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations bill because it fails to restore funding for clean energy innovation and does not responsibly promote proper use of our water resources, while containing a slew of anti-environmental policy riders.
Oppose S.Con.Res.11, the damaging House and Senate FY16 budget conference report.
Oppose the destructive policy riders and deep funding cuts included in S. 1645, the Senate Fiscal Year 2016 Interior, Environment and Related Agencies Appropriations bill.
Oppose H.R. 2822, the House Interior, Environment and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2016, which includes funding levels that are woefully inadequate to protect the environment and a bevy of policy riders that would weaken our bedrock environmental protections.
Oppose S. 1140, the Federal Water Quality Protection Act, which seeks to undermine the EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Clean Water Rule to protect small streams and wetlands from pollution.

Support the EPAs efforts to regulate water pollution from power plants by setting stringent Effluent Limitation Guidelines and Standards for the Steam Electric Power Generating Category.
Support the EPAs efforts to regulate water pollution from the oil and gas industry by setting strong Effluent Limitation Guidelines and Standards for the Oil and Gas Extraction Point Source Category Proposed Rule.
Support H.R. 2983, the Drought Recovery and Resilience Act of 2015, which provides drought solutions that will benefit Californias communities, farmers, and the environment by investing in lasting water solutions like water recycling and stormwater capture.
Oppose S. 1500, the Sensible Environmental Protection Act of 2015, which would eliminate Clean Water Act safeguards that protect our waterways and communities from excessive pesticide pollution.
