H.R. 400, Protecting Consumers through Proper Forbearance Procedures Act- COMPTEL supports amending the Communications Act of 1934 to delete the language of Section 10 that grants forbearance relief by operation of law when the FCC fails to deny a petition for forbearance within 12 months of filing.
