AIUSA lobbied in support of expanded and strengthened background checks for gun sales in the United States. (H.R. 8 and HR1112). Chamber: House
AIUSA issued statement for hearing on red flag laws at the state level that would close loopholes allowing people most likely to commit harm with guns from being able to purchase them. (S. 506) ERPO Statement. Chamber: Senate
Gun Violence Arms Export Control Reform (HR 1134 &S. 459)
AIUSA supported testimony of MSP expert on hearing before House of Representatives opposing transfer of oversight of US arms exports to Department of Commerce. Chamber: House

AIUSA lobbied for measures for pass legislation prohibiting the separation and indefinite detention of children and families instituted by the administration. Chamber: House
