Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (P.L. 117-58) - oppose extension of Medicare 2% sequestration cuts; support provisions providing funding for hospital infrastructure, strengthening the healthcare workforce, and expanding broadband internet services.
Ask members of the Texas delegation to sign onto a letter to the Administration requesting an investigation into nurse-staffing agency practices to determine if their actions related to the pandemic response are the product of anticompetitive activity and/or
violate consumer protection laws.

Provide comment on CMS-3415-IFC; Comments on Medicare and Medicaid Programs Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination; request additional time to be in compliance with interim final rule on mandatory staff vaccinations.
Express support for the Hospital Inpatient Services Modernization Act (S.3792), legislation that would extend the Acute Hospital Care at Home waiver program for two years from the date the public health emergency ends.
Express support for the Gold Card Act, draft legislation that would remove prior authorization requirements for certain physicians who have a 90% prior authorization approval rate over a six-month period on certain services.
Express support for The Improving Seniors Timely Access to Care Act (H.R. 3173/S. 3018), legislation that would improve timely access to quality care for seniors on Medicare Advantage by modernizing the way MA plans and health care providers use prior authorization.
