continued lobbying against proposed TRICARE yearly enrollment fees for TRICARE for Life (TFL), TRICARE Standard and Extra for retirees, proposed increases in enrollment fees for TRICARE Prime for military retirees, increase co-pays for TRICARE Pharmacy program, increases in the catastropic cap including in favor of HR1285, HR1092, HT1540; in favor of remaining of military retired pay and/ veterans service connected disability pay HR303, HR333, S344, HR186, lobbying to improve the benefits
of the members of the National Guard and Reserves including in support of S325 to provide enbedded mental health care professionals in National Guard Units; in favor of HR181 to improve Reserve componenets retired pay, in favor of HR179 authorizing earlier commencement for retiree TRICARE along with early (prior to age 60) commencement of Reserve Component retired pay based on service; HR1283 and S866 correcting the method of calculationg the Reserve Deployment Retirement Credit; and in favor of HR1003, S1768 to allow members of the Guard and Reserves, gray area retirees, their families and survivors fly military Space A
