* On April 30, ADLM joined with other healthcare groups in writing to House and Senate appropriators in support of providing $340 million to fund the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Public Health Data Modernization program.
*On May 14, ADLM joined with other healthcare groups in writing Senate appropriators in support of providing $100 mllion for the Public Health Workforce Loan Repayment Program and $50 million to launch a Bio-Preparedness Workforce Pilot Program in the FY25 budget.
* On May 31, ADLM joined with other healthcare groups in submitting testimony to the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, Committee on Oversight and Accountability, in support of strengthening the nation's public health workforce.

* On April 2, ADLM provided feedback to Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) on the need diagnostic testing reform.v
* On April 8, ADLM provided survey results to Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) illustrating problems with the Food and Drug Administration's October 3, 2023 proposed rule to regulate laboratory developed tests.
* On June 24, 2024 ADLM provided additional survey results to Senate HELP and House Energy & Commerce Committee leaders identifying concerns with the May 6, 2024 FDA final rule on LDTs.
* ADLM met with House and Senate legislative staff in support of the Saving Access to Laboratory Services Act, H.R.1835 & S.1000, and conducted a grassroots campaign in support of the bill.
