Jimmy Panetta (D-CA20) to establish the Clear Creek National Recreation Area in San Benito and Fresno Counties, California, to designate the Joaquin Rocks Wilderness in such counties, and for other purposes.
H.R. 1225 Restore our Parks and Public Lands Act by Rob Bishop and 127 cosponsors to establish, fund and provide for the use of amounts on National Park Service and Public Lands Restoration Fund to address the maintenance backlog of the National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Reclamation and Bureau of Indian Affairs and for other services
H.R. 2456 titled the Colorado Wilderness Act of 2019 with prime sponsor Diana DeGette (D-CO1) to designate certain lands in the State of Colorado as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System and for other purposes.

HR 3458 The Recreation Not Red Tape Act by U.S. Rep. Rob Bishop (R-UT01) purpose is to promote innovative approaches to outdoor recreation on Federal land and to increase opportunities for collaboration with non-Federal partners, and for other purposes.It would fill a needed gap between protections for backcountry areas like Wilderness, and flexible multiple-use management that also poses risks for inappropriate development.
HR 5445-Stewart-Endangered Species Act: To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to encourage the construction of critical infrastructure, and for other purposes.
HR 5705-Cheney-Endangeed Species Act: To amend the Endangered Species Act of 1973 to restrict the Secretarys ability to alter permits, and for other purposes.
HR 5775-Lowenthal-Utah, Colorado Plateau & Great Basin Wilderness. Would designate as wilderness certain Federal portions of the red rock canyons of the Colorado Plateau and the Great Basin Deserts in the State of Utah
HR 2642-Kilmer-Wilderness. Would designate and expand wilderness areas in Olympic National Forest in the State of Washington
S 500: This bill (1) establishes the National Park Service Legacy Restoration Fund, and (2) requires 50% of all energy development revenues for FY2019-FY2023 to be deposited into such fund. Amounts deposited in the fund must not exceed $1.3 billion for any fiscal year and must be used for meeting the priority deferred maintenance needs of the National Park Service.

S. 1527 RTP Funding Transparency Act sponsored by U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), cosponsored with U.S. Sens. Jim Risch (R-ID), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Richard Burr (R-NC), and Chris VanHollen (D-MD). The legislation requires the Department of Transportation to carry out an assessment of the best available estimate of the total amount of nonhighway recreational fuel taxes received by the Department of the Treasury and transferred to the Highway Trust Fund for the period covered by the assessment.
S. 2302 By U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) America's Transportation Infrastructure Act of 2019
that provides authority for federal highways and Infrastructure construction and maintenance. Also reauthorizing the Recreational Trails Program.
S. 3249 Motorcyclist Advisory Council Reauthorization Act by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Sen. Gary Peters (D-MI) reauthorizes and extends an advisory council to US DOT on infrastructure and related issues of concern to motorcyclists.

S. 2602 Recognizing the Protection of Motorsports (RPM) Act by Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) and Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) clarifies that vehicles used solely for competition are exempt from aspects of the Clean Air Act.

HR 5797: RTP Full Funding Act of 2020. To amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to funding the recreational trails program, to require a study to determine the best available estimate of the total amount of non-highway recreational fuel taxes
S 1527: RTP Full funding Act requires the Department of Transportation to carry out an assessment of the best available estimate of the total amount of nonhighway recreational fuel taxes received by the Department of the Treasury and transferred to the Highway Trust Fund for the period covered by the assessment.
S 2520-Collins- This bill provides FY2020 appropriations to the Department of Transportation (DOT), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and several related agencies, importantly, report language includes RTP OHV fuel study language.
H.R. 2 INVEST Act - Highway funding authorization, provides surface transportation funding reauthorization. Motorcyclists being particularly invested in the state of repair of the nation's roads and the safety programs funded as part of this authorization.

E15 (Ethanol mixed at 15% with regular gas): Environment Protection Agency (EPA) administrative decision to allow the sale of E15 year round as directed by the President.
H.R. 2540 introduced by U.S. Rep. Bill Flores and cosponsored by Peter Welch (D-VT), Steve Womack (R-AZ03) and Jim Costa (D-CA16) designed to alleviate the ethanol blend wall under the renewable fuel program and for other purposes. "Food and Fuel Consumer Protection Act of 2019" was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce. It caps ethanol blend volume at 9.7%.

S 2455 The National Historic Vehicle Register Act by U.S. Senator Gary Peters and U.S. Senator Rob Portman (R-OH) will create a stand alone register to preserve the records of historically significant vehicles including short narratives, photographs, and engineering drawings of each vehicle.
