H.R. 1030, the Secret Science Reform Act of 2015; Bill prohibits EPA from relying on regulatory science that is not transparent or reproducible.
H.R. 897, the Reducing Regulatory Burdens Act of 2015; This legislation would clarify that lawful applications of pesticides regulated under FIFRA are not subject to permitting under the Clean Water Act.
H.R. 185 Administrative Procedures Act (APA); Bill would require regulatory agencies to provide increased notice to public before proposals made and be based on sound science.
H.R. 1599, Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act of 2015; Proposed bill to establish voluntary national GMO labeling system authorized by the FDA, USDA oversight of label.
