H.R. 4780, the "National Infrastructure Investment Corporation Act of 2019", a bill to establish a Government corporation to provide loans and loan guarantees for infrastructure projects, entire bill.

Legislative proposal to change the cost share for construction and major rehabilitation of capital investment projects between the Inland Waterways Trust Fund and the general revenues for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects on the inland waterways (no bill introduced).

H.R. 2, the "Moving America Forward Act," legislation to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and transit programs; entire bill; Rules Committee Amdt. 18, to require the Secretary of Transportation to require each prospective contractor on a construction project carried out directly by the Department of Transportation or a recipient of federal assistance under section 117, to certify that, if awarded a contract for the project, the prospective contractor and its subcontractors shall make a good faith effort to meet or exceed the apprenticeship employment goal on such project; and H. Amdt. 827, a floor amendment to eliminate the requirement that all laborers and mechanics working on federal-aid highway and transportation projects shall be paid wages at rates not less than the locally prevailing wage rate.
