H.R. 1010/S. 1737: Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2013. NETWORK strongly supports this bill. The bill would increase the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour.
H.R. 803: NETWORK strongly supports the Workforce Investment Act because it will provide valuable job training for young adults.
Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (S. 2199): NETWORK strongly supports protecting the rights of women in the workplace and believes women are deserving of equal wages.

NETWORK strongly supports the U.S. Treasury's Executive Actions which tighten the rules related to a corporation's ability to engage in the practice of inversions to avoid paying U.S. taxes.
Stop Corporate Inversions Act (S. 2360): NETWORK strongly supports Congressional efforts to limit corporations ability to use inversion as a tax avoidance scheme.
Child Tax Credit: NETWORK strongly opposes efforts in the House to cut child tax credits to the most vulnerable American families while increasing benefits for better off Americans.
Corporate Tax Extenders: NETWORK strongly opposes providing $285 billion worth of corporate tax breaks without offsetting lost revenue as required with increased spending for programs to assist the most vulnerable Americans.

The current model is driven solely by corporate interests without regard to health, safety, environmental and consumer protections.
