Support repairing the presidential public financing system, establishing a public financing system for congressional races and curbing candidate-specific super PACs in the House and Senate.
Oppose a balanced budget constitutional amendment.
Oppose SEC rider to appropriations bill that would limit its ability to develop or implement a rule requiring public companies to disclose political spending to shareholders.
Oppose all other "poison pill" riders to appropriations bill, including a rider which would gut the Johnson Amendment, which prevents 501(c)(3) nonprofits from engaging in campaign activities.
Support legislation protecting Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
