- Support efforts to address the COVID-19 pandemic on aviation industry and implementation of CARES Act and priorities for potential additional relief legislation. - H.R. 5170/S. 826 - Safe Skies Act of 2019. Oppose unnecessary and harmful amendments to apply flight and duty rules to cargo pilots. - H.R. 6190 - Cargo Flight Deck Security Act of 2020. Oppose efforts to require all-cargo aircraft to be equipped with cockpit doors as current regulations already provide for that or alternate means of compliance approved by the FAA and TSA. -Assist UPS Flight Forward with Part 135 drone operations. - Advance aviation policies that provide certainty and moves our aviation system towards modernization, limits unnecessary regulations, allows the system to accommodate expected growth, and improves safety and fuel efficiency. Harmonizing rules for air shipment of lithium batteries, advance opportunities for unmanned aerial systems, support for U.S. Open Skies policy, including agreement reached with UAE and Qatar. - H.R. 3632- Oppose Flags of Convenience legislation. - Advocate to reverse the FCC order on Ligado.

Also advocate to protect the U.S. $800 de minimis level. -Tariff policy, U.S.-China trade negotiations, U.S.-EU trade, General Trade Policy. -Oppose legislative resolutions to withdraw from WTO while advocating for meaningful reforms -Advocating for diverse and inclusive trade policies.
-H.R. 748 - Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act - Support efforts to address the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the economy, public health, state, and local governments, individuals, and businesses. The bill provided loans and grants to airlines and suspended aviation excise taxes.
