HR 4: FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018. This bill prohibits the use of electronic smoking devices on aircraft. Monitor.
HR 564: Traditional Cigar Manufacturing and Small Business Jobs Preservation Act of 2017. This bill exempts cigars from regulation by the Food and Drug Administration, including potentially small flavored cigars. Monitor.
HR 714: Legitimate Use of Medicinal Marihuana Act. This bill addresses the legalization of marijuana and does not affect any federal, state, or local law that regulates or prohibits smoking in public. Monitor.
