S. 761 - Energy Savings and Industrial Competitiveness (ESIC) Act of 2013 - Amends the Energy Conservation and Production Act to direct the Secretary of Energy (DOE)to: (1) support the development and updating of national model building energy codes for residential and commercial buildings to enable the achievement of aggregate energy savings targets established by this Act, (2) encourage and support the adoption by states and local governments of building energy codes that meet or exceed the national codes, and (3) support full compliance with state and local codes. Advocated for the inclusion of skilled workforce
training language and Davis-Bacon wage coverage.

H.R. 4923 - The Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015. The bill provides annual funding for national defense nuclear weapons activities, the Army Corps of Engineers, and various programs under the Department of Energy (DOE), and other
related agencies. Advocated against prohibiting the application of Davis-Bacon wage rates to work performed under this legislation and against prohibitions on the use of project labor agreements for construction funded by this legislation.
H.R. 5171 - The Interior, Environment and Related Federal Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015. The bill provides annual funding for the Department of Interior, EPA, Forest Service, Smithsonian, and other related agencies. Sought to prevent the inclusion of language stopping the EPAs enforcement of its Final Rule Lead; Clearance and Clearance Testing Requirements for the Renovation, Repair, and Painting Program RIN
