S.510 - FDA Food Safety Modernization Act - All provisions of the bill which amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) to expand the authority of the Secretary of Health and Human Services to regulate food, by authorizing the Secretary to suspend the registration of a food facility.
H.R. 2749 - Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009 - All provisions of the bill which amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to improve the safety of food in the global market, and for other purposes.

S. 1584/H.R. 3017 - Employment Non-Discrimination Act - This bill prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. Met with House and Senate offices and signed onto coalition letter to full House of Representatives and Senate in support of the bill.
H.R. 2161 - The Family and Medical Leave Act Restoration Act, all provisions related to the nullification of regulations promulgated under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993.
H.R. 2460 - Healthy Families Act - This bill allows Americans to earn paid sick time so that they can address their own health needs and the health needs of their families. Signed onto coalition letter to full House of Representatives in support of bill.
