H.R. 4213 - Unemployment Compensation Extension Act of 2010 - Urged Congress to temporarily extend the enhanced Federal Medicaid matching payments (FMAP) to states and to object to cutting the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program by $11.9 billion to pay for the extension
Urged the Department of Justice to oppose the petition for a writ of certiorari in David Maxwell-Jolly, Director,
California Department of Health Care Services v. Independent Living Center of Southern California, Inc., et al., No. 09-958 (U.S. 2010).
H.R. 1 - American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 - Advocated for a six-month extension of enhanced federal Medicaid payments to states through Medicaids Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP)
