Raised concerns about: potential application of unrelated business income tax (UBIT) to non-profit entities; proposed repeal of the advance refunding bonds; the proposed changes to Charitable Deductions; the excise tax on non-profit executive compensation; proposed repeal of the deduction for student loan interest; the proposed repeal for the exclusion from income of qualified tuition reductions; the proposed repeal of the exclusion from income of employer provided educational assistance; the proposed termination of the Private Activity Bonds (PABs); and the proposal to eliminate the Lifetime Learning Credit (LLC) without additional changes to the American Opportunity Tax Credit (AOTC).
