Ensure investments in health to produce interoperable and compatible systems/programs.
Funding to help award recipients defray the cost of data collection requirements.
Practice Expense Payment Under Medicare: ensure awareness for the rising cost of practice expenses and the levels paid through Medicare.
Payment of Teaching Physicians Under Medicare: ensure that physicians who teach future healers are adequately reimbursed.

H.R. 3200 - America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009: provide affordable, quality health care for all Americans and reduce the growth in health care spending, and for other purposes.
Mitigating the Impact of Uncompensated Service and Time: Amend the Internal Revenue code of 1986 to allow a bad debt deduction to doctors to partially offset the cost of providing uncompensated care required to be provided under amendments made by the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act.
Access to America's Orthopedic Services Act: Musculoskeletal Disease and Condition Legislation to improve research, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases, conditions, and injuries, to conduct a lingitudinal study on aging, and for other purposes.

Medical Device Safety: To amend the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act with respect to liability under State and local requirements respecting devices.
Food and Drug Administration Globalization: To provide for the safety of medical devices manufactured in foreign countries.
Pathway for Biosimilars: Provide a pathway for the FDA approval of complex biological products from a reference product.
Promote Innovation and Access to Life-Saving Federal Medical Programs: Establishes a pathway for the FDA to approve more affordable copies of biotech and establish user fees for these products.
