Lobbied on the importance of PBM transparency, oversight and reform on bills including S. 1339, the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Reform Act (on PBM issues overall and the inclusion of certain reporting requirements), S. 127, the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Transparency Act, HR 830, the HELP Copays Act (the importance of patient assistance and ensuring that the discounts are counted in OOP costs).
Pandemics All Health Preparedness Act (PAHPA) reauthorization to ensure adequate funding and preparedness for programs including the National Health Security Strategy, the National Strategic Stockpile, and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. Also lobbied for the inclusion of the PASTEUR Act in that bill. HR 4421/HR 4420 and S. 2333.
