ESA issues including streak horned meadowlark and sage grouse. Addditional lobbying on hunting, bird counts and additional regulations specifically on cackler geese.
Supporting delisting amendments in the National Defense Authorization Act.
Supported the Sage Grouse Protection and Conservation Act which would empower state conservation efforts to protect sage grouse species by prohibiting Interior from listing the sage grouse under the ESA so long as the state has prepared a conservation and management plan.

Support for HR 1732, the Regulatory Intergrity Protection Act of 2015. HR 1732 requires the EPA to withdraw the current proposed rule that defines "waters of the US" and charges them with developing a new proposed rule. The legislation also requires that the agencies solicit recommendations from and consult with state and local officials and other stakeholders on how to define "waters of the US".

Requesting increase in equipment repair regulations. When the IRS issued Rev. Proc. 15-20 updating the rule dealing iwth the expensing of equipment repairs, it requested comments on whether the $500 safe-harbor threshold should be raised for businesses that choose to deduct, rather than capitalize, certain capital expenses. OFB belive that $500 should be increased to $5000.

Exploring issues including, increasing 500 foot ceiling; allow for flexibility with flying over persons not directly participating in the flight mission; modify the provision that prohibitis the UAS from operating beyond the visual line of sight if the flight mission fits within certain conditions; remove the provision that prohibits using the UAS outside of daylight hours.
