H.R. 3462 - SBA Cyber Awareness Act
The bill expands cybersecurity operations at the Small Business Administration (SBA) by requiring them to issue a report assessing the agencys ability to combat cyber threats within six months of passage. The legislation requires the SBA to notify Congress of future breaches with information on those affected and how the breach occurred. NSBA supports.
H.R. 3469 - Veteran Entrepreneurship Training Act of 2021
This bill authorizes the Boots to Business (B2B) program for five years to help transitioning service members start and grow their businesses. NSBA supports.
