Extension of the renewable energy production tax credit and restructuring of the PTC and accelerated depreciation related to renewable energy projects to ensure they work during the economic downturn. Specific bills lobbied on include: H.R. 1424, Title III, Division B, Section 101 and economic stimulus under development by President-Elect Obama's transistion team and congressional leaders. Samll Wind investment tax credit: The creation of a consumer investmemt tax credit for small wind systems.
Specific bills lobbied include Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, H. R. 1424, Title III, Divission B, Sections 104 and 106. Also creation of a certification standard to determine investment tax credit eligibilty for small wind systems.
