--Lobbied for funding above the Budget Control Act (BCA)(P.L. 112-25) caps in the House and Senate Resolutions, H.Con.Res. 27 and S.Con.Res 11.
--Lobbied against Sequestration be levied against DoD's topline to be continued in FY 16 and beyond pursuant to BCA (P.L. 112-25).
--Lobbied in opposition to changing the depreciation schedule for general aviation aircraft.
--Lobbied for increased funding in H.R. 2578 and S. 2131 for the National Weather Service's Obstructions Account for the water vapor sensing system.
--Advocated for FY 16 Appropriations in H.R. 2577, the "Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act of 2016" and Senate companion to include resources for FAA certification and UAS activities, and NextGen Programs (ADS-B, Datacomm, and PBN activities).

5) The Army's UH-60M procurement accounts to increase funding for the UH-60M for the ARNG in H.R. 2685, S. 2130 and S. 1558.

--Lobbied for preserving the full deductibility of debit interest (P.L. 113-295) (S. 1946).
--Lobbied in favor of long term revenue neutral corporate tax reform; lobbied for corporate tax rate at or below 25%.
--Lobbied in favor of extending foreign look-through provision treatment, comparable treatment of Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) in lieu of bonus depreciation which expired on December 31, 2014 (P.L. 113-295) (S. 1946).
--Lobbied in favor of territorial tax system adoption/freer abiltity to move foreign accumulate cash/earnings at no or reduced tax from current regime.
--Lobbied for 954(c)(6) extension for exclusion of foreign sub to foreign sub interest, dividentds, etc., from Subpart F inclusion (taxability in the U.S.) (H.R. 961, S. 1946).
