To enhance the management and disposal of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste, and for other purposes.-Nuclear Waste Fund. [S.2610.IS ] CLEAN Energy Act of 2007 [H.R.6.IH] An Act to move the United States toward greater energy independence and security, to increase the production of clean renewable fuels, to protect consumers from price gouging, to increase the energy efficiency of products, buildings, and vehicles, to promote research on and deploy greenhouse gas capture and storage options, and to improve the energy performance of the Federal Government, and for other purposes. -Nuclear Waste Fund. Nuclear Waste Access to Yucca Act [S.37.IS] A bill to enhance the management and disposal of spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste, to assure protection of public health safety, to ensure the territorial integrity and security of the repository at Yucca Mountain, and for other purposes. -Nuclear Waste Fund. Nuclear Waste Storage Prohibition Act [H.R.2282.IH] To prohibit the use of Global Nuclear Energy Partnership funds for certain nuclear waste storage.-Nuclear Waste Fund. Federal Accountability for Nuclear Waste Storage Act of 2007 [S.784.IS] A bill to amend the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 to require commercial nuclear power plant operators to transfer spent nuclear fuel from the spent nuclear fuel pools of the operators into spent nuclear fuel dry casks at independent spent fuel storage installations of the operators that are licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, to convey to the Secretary of Energy title to all such transferred spent nuclear fuel, to provide for the transfer to the Secretary of the independent spent fuel storage installation operating responsibility of each plant together with the license granted by the Commission for the installation, and for other purposes.-Nuclear Waste Fund.
