A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the 15 year recovery period for the certain leasehold improvements.
H.R.174, America's Brownfield Cleanup Act of 2009, amends the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide tax incentives for the remediation of contaminated sites.
