Oppose passage of HR 3309, a bill that purports to eliminate 'patent trolls' but in fact diminishes all patent holders' rights. Oppose passage of the Baucus-Camp Trade Promotion Authority bill in both chambers as an overly broad and unconstitutional delegation of Congressional authority. Inform Members of Congress and their staffs of the importance of domestic manufacturing as a source of wealth and job creation and call for the creation of legislation that assists domestic manufacturers. Oppose the TransPacific Partnership trade negotiations, which are being conducted in anti-democratic, secret negotiations with the American public and important stakeholders left out of the process.

Oppose the Baucus-Hatch-Camp trade promotion authority bill known as The Bipartisan Congressional Trade Priorities Act of 2014. It is an unconstitutional delegation of congressional authority to the executive. It is also an after-the-fact bill since most of the provisions of the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) have alrady been negotiated and there is little or no congressional input that will be possible to shape the almost concluded negotiations. Also oppose the anti-democratic, secret manner in which the TPP is beingg conducted.
