A bill to impose a moratorium on the use of recovery audit contractors under the Medicare Integrity Program.
S. 2819 Economic Recovery in Health Care Act
Legislation to enact moratoria on the Medicaid and CHIP regulations issued by the Administration over the last year and to provide targeted state fiscal relief.
