Support the RESTORE Act (S. 1400) returning 80% of the oil spill fines to the Gulf Coast to remediate effects of this disaster, rather than hold for future disasters.
Support the Children's Budget Act (H.R. 1602) - ask that a budget focused on the needs of children is submitted every year.

H.R. 1578 Violence Against Women Act - NETWORK strongly supports the reauthorization of VAWA, with full funding, we particularly plea for attention to violence against Native American women
S. 306 National Criminal Justice Commission Act of 2011- NETWORK strongly supports creation of this commission to study prisons (particulalry for-profit) and the needs of persons attempting to reenter society, given the barriers faced due to laws
H.R. 2981 Restoring Protection to Victims of Persecution Act of 2011 - NETWORK strongly supports this bill eliminating the one-year deadline for filing asylum applicatons
