H.R.1864 - Would reauthorize the Recreational Trails Program while providing for a more accurate accounting of fuel taxes paid by off highway vehicles. H.R.803 - Protecting America's Wilderness and Public Lands Act. Would designate federal land in several states as wilderness. H.R. 3684 INVEST in America Act. Reauthorizes the Recreational Trails Program, Motorcyclist Advisory Council, funding for NHTSA motorcyclist safety grants H.R. 3281 - RPM Act. Would clarify that the conversion of street certified vehicles into competition use only vehicles is not prohibited by the Clean Air Act.
