H.R. 647 - Palliative Care and Hospice Education and Training Act (PCHETA) - strengthens training for physicians and those on the palliative care team, boosting palliative care research and providing incentives to practice and study palliative and hospice care, will ensure that there are the necessary number of specialized trained health providers to provide this high quality end-of-life-care.
S.740 - the Alzheimers Caregiver Act - authorize grants for training and support services for families and caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia.
H.R. 1903/S. 901 - the Younger Onset Alzheimers Disease Act - amends the Older Americans Act to support individuals with younger onset Alzheimers disease.
H.R. 3453 - the Alzheimer's Research and Caregiving (ARC) Trust Fund Act - establishes the ARC Trust Fund funded through a voluntary check-off on a taxpayers federal tax return.
H.R. 4334, the Dignity in Aging Act of 2019 which, among other things, reauthorizes and builds on to the Older Americans Act (OAA).

H.R. 1873/S. 880 - Improving HOPE for Alzheimer's Act - would support provider education and outreach to improve awareness and utilization of comprehensive Alzheimer's and dementia care planning services covered under Medicare.
H.R. 1955, the Understanding Appropriate Alzheimer's Care Act of 2019 - Under the bill, CMS would be instructed to conduct a study on antipsychotic prescribing practices in non-nursing home settings.
S.296/H.R. 2150 - Home Health Care Planning Improvement Act of 2019- allows Medicare payment for home health services ordered by a nurse practitioner, a clinical nurse specialist, a certified nurse-midwife, or a physician assistant.
