Lender delayed foreclosures and negative impact on community associations
--Meetings with House and Senate urging FHFA to cease lawsuits against community associations exercising their lawful right to foreclose on vacant and abandoned properties where Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgage servicers have failed to follow contractual obligations to foreclose in a timely manner and to urge that FHFA pursue negligent servicers to recover losses rather than suing non-profit community associations which are not at fault.
