Joined a letter to House and Senate leadership thanking them for their comprehensive approach to the Senate-passed U.S. Innovation and Competition Act and House-passed America Creating Opportunities for Manufacturing Pre-Eminence in Technology and Economic Strength (America COMPETES) Act.
Joined a letter to the leadership of the House and Senate agriculture committees appropriations subcommittees thanking them for their leadership in providing strong funding for the Farm and Ranch Stress Assistance Network (FRSAN) in recent appropriations packages.
Joined 13 other national agricultural organizations in filing an amicus brief in the case of Sackett v. Environmental Protection Agency (Sackett).
Joined other agriculture organizations on a letter to the leadership of the House Ways and Means and Senate Finance committees regarding significant concerns with several provisions contained within the recently released Department of Treasury Greenbook, General Explanations of the Administrations FY23 Revenue Proposals.
Joined on letters to President Biden as well as House and Senate leadership regarding the Ligado Order and its implications on private GPS usage.

Joined on a letter to President Biden regarding his Solicitor General's recent brief to the Supreme Court on glyphosate.
Joined other members of the Rail Customer Coalition on a letter to National Economic Council (NEC) Director Brian Deese regarding urgent freight rail service problems that are negatively affecting every sector of the U.S. economy.
Joined other groups in signing a letter to USDAs Agricultural Marketing Service asking the agency to implement its own gene editing rulemakings, promote innovation-favorable policies from co-regulators, and press for an international regulatory framework conducive for trade.
Joined other groups in signing a letter urging the Senate Agriculture, Nutrition & Forestry Committee to quickly advance the nomination of Oregon Department of Agriculture Director Alexis Taylor to serve as the USDAs Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs.
