- Urge Congress to expand eligibility for the paid family and medical leave program to include individuals determined by the CDC to be at high risk for adverse complications from COVID-19 and working members of their households.
- Urge Congress to provide in next COVID bill several ACA/insurance and Medicaid provisions to protect consumers and enhance health insurance coverage (e.g., address surprise medical bills, incentivize states to expand Medicaid, provide subsidies for insurance purchase, retain enhanced Medicaid match with maintenance of effort provisions)
- Urge Congress to include in next COVID bill enhancement of certain programs of interest to children and adults with disabilities or special health care needs and their families, including the grant program funding Family-to-Family Health Information Centers
- Letter to HHS Sec. Azar and Director Severino of HHS Office of Civil Rights asking for more clear guidance on civil rights in COVID treatment decisions
