S1706 - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permit the Secretary of the Treasury to issue prospective guidance clarifying the employment status of individuals for purpose of employment taxes and to protect retroactive assessment with respect to such clarifications. Entire bill.

HR 2084 - The Partnership to Build Amercia Act of 2013 - To establish the American Infrastructure Fund, to provide bond guaranteees and make loans to states, local governments, and non-profit infrastructure providers for investments for transportation, energy, water, communication or educational facility infrastructure projects. Entire bill.
S 2063 - S.A.F.E. Bridges Act of 2014 - to direct the Secretary of Transportation to assist states to rehabilitate or replace certain bridges. Entire bill.
S601 - Water Resources Development Act of 2013 - Title VII, Section 7003 regarding inland waterways. Directing the Chief of the Corps of Engineers, for any authorized construction or major rehabilitation project for navigation infrastructure of the inland and intercoastal waterways, to establish a system to identify and apply on a continuing basis lessons learned from qualifying projects to improve the likelihood of on-time and on budget project delivery performance. Also provisions authorizing the Chief of Engineers to carry out pilot programs to evaluate processes or procedures for the study and design of construction of qualifying project.
HR 3080 - Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2013 - To provide for improvements to rivers and harbors of the United States, to provide for the conservation and development of water and related resources. Entire bill.
HR 4153 - To expedite the deployment of highway construction projects, and for other purposes, Section 2, prevailing wage rates shall not apply to any federal and highway projects or highway safety construction projects.
