In support of H.R. 4320 and H.R. 4321, which give employees the ability and time to make a fully informed decision and guarantees privacy of employee information in regards to union elections.
Opposed to S.460 and H.R. 1010 along with related bills which propose to increase the federal minimum wage.
Opposed to proposed overtime regulations which may redefine "management" positions and corresponding pay.
Opposed to NLRB direction to consider franchisors and franchisees as "joint employers" for litigation purposes.
Opposed to regulations which interfere with an employers' access to legal advice on labor issues.

In support of S. 749 and H.R. 4212, which make permanent the depreciation schedules for restaurant leasehold improvements and new construction from 39 1/2 years to 15 years. In support of a temporary extension of the 15 year schedule in the interim.
In support of H.R. 5264, which makes permanent the Workers Opportunity Tax Credit; in support of a temporary extension of such credit in the interium.
In support of extended and permanent increases in Section 179 expensing and bonus depreciation limits as well as lower individual and corporate tax rates.
