Promoting a specific OSHA standard for tree care occupations; OSHA Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking 1218-AC40, on a specific standard for tree care; misapplication of the OSHA logging standard to the tree care industry; concerns with OSHA directives CPL 02-01-044 and CPL 02-01-45, where they misapply the logging standard to tree care operations. Concerns with HR 2067, the Protecting America's Workers Act and H.R. 5663, the Miner Safety and Health Act ; concerns with paid leave mandates,
specifically the Healthy Families Act and Emergency Influenza Containment Act (HR 2460/S 1152, HR 3991).
