H.R. 903, the "Rights for TSA Workforce Act of 2021," legislation to apply the personnel system under Title 5, U.S. Code, to employees of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA); entire bill and Watson Coleman committee amendment to ensure that TSA law enforcement personnel do not receive a reduction in pay as a result of the transition to Title 5 and the General Schedule. H.R. 4350, the "National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022," a bill to authorize appropriations for military activities of the Department of Defense and for military construction; proposed amendment to suspend the enforcement of certain civil liabilities of federal employees and contractors during a lapse in appropriations (no amendment introduced). S. 2900, the "Federal Employee Civil Relief Act," a bill to suspend the enforcement of certain civil liabilities of Federal employees and contractors during a lapse in appropriations; entire bill.
