H.R. 2, Moving Forward Act, to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and transit programs, Division M, Title I, Subtitle A-Bond Financing Enhancements, Sec. 90101, Credit to issuer for certain infrastructure bonds, as well as Sec. 90109, Qualified highway or surface freight transfer facility bonds. S. 353, Revitalizing American Priorities for Infrastructure Development or RAPID Act, a bill to amend Title 23, United States Code, to improve the transportation infrastructure finance and innovation (TIFIA) program.
