Advocating for introduction of legislation to amend the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) to ensure that appropriate performance and payment security, such as surety bonds, is required to secure the federal interest when federal loans and grants are provided through WIFIA. Supported introduction of HR 9665 - To amend the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 to establish payment and performance security requirements for projects, and for other purposes.
