Lobbied in support of prevailing wage requirements (P.L. 71-798), including opposition to King of Iowa Amendment to HR 2029, Military Construction & Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act of 2015, which sought to strip federal prevailing wage requirements for military construction projects.

General education and lobbied on benefits of Project Labor Agreements, and against S.Amdt.665 to S.Con.Res.11 which sought to prohibit awarding of federal construction contracts based on awardees entering or not entering into agreements with labor organizations.
