Prepare testimony before the House Space Science and Technology Committee, Energy and Environment subcommittee on fossil energy R&D technologies. Work with Senate & House Energy and Water appropriation subcommittee staff along with Senate Energy and Natural Resources, and House Science Space & Technology, Energy Subcommittee to pursue support for future funding to complete DOE STEP Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Power Cycle Laboratory.
