Excellence in Mental Health Act (S.264/H.R. 1263), all provisions related to expanding access to mental health and addictions care by supporting FQCBHCs in treating all individuals regardless of their ability to pay, with a comprehensive array of outpatient behavioral health services
Mental Health First Aid Act of 2013 (S. 153/H.R. 274), all provisions related to authorizing a demonstration program to train college faculty and staff in Mental Health First Aid, a community education program that helps people identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and addictions and deal with psychiatric crises
Behavioral Health Information Technology Act (S. 1517/H.R. 2957), all provisions related to expanding federal incentive payments for the adoption and meaningful use of electronic health records to behavioral health providers and facilities
Protect Patients Act (H.R. 3128), all provisions related to amending title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to subject to civil monetary penalties any psychiatric hospitals or psychiatric units determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services not to have in place a discharge planning process meeting certain requirements.
The Behavioral Health IT Coordination Act (S. 1685), all provisions related to adding psychiatric hospitals, mental health treatment facilities, and substance abuse treatment facilities to the types of entities that may receive incentive payments for meaningful use of electronic health records.
Second Chance Reauthorization Act of 2013 (S. 1690/H.R. 3465), all provisions related to revising and expanding requirements for the grant program for adult and juvenile offender state and local reentry demonstration projects and to extend the authorization for appropriations for such program through FY2018.
Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act of 2013 (H.R. 3717), all provisions related to identifying and implementing policy changes and other trends likely to have the most significant impact on mental health services; collecting information from grantees; and evaluating and disseminating to such grantees evidence-based practices and services delivery models, using the best available science shown to reduce program expenditures while enhancing the quality of care furnished to individuals by other such grantees.
Mental Health Access Improvement Act of 2013 (H.R. 3662), all provisions related to amending title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to cover marriage and family therapist services and mental health counselor services under Medicare part B (Supplementary Medical Insurance), particularly those provided in rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, and in hospice programs.

The Medicare Patient Access and Quality Improvement Act of 2013 (H.R. 2810), all provisions related to amending title XVIII of the Social Security Act to: (1) repeal sustainable growth rate methodology from the determination of annual conversion factors in the formula for payment for physicians' services; and (2) prescribe an update to the single conversion factor for 2014 through 2018, as well as 2019 all subsequent years, of 0.5%.
The SGR Repeal and Medicare Beneficiary Access Improvement Act of 2013 (S. 1871), all provisions related to amending title XVIII of the Social Security Act to repeal the Medicare sustainable growth rate formula and to improve beneficiary access under the Medicare program, and for other purposes.
