Work to help secure appropriations funding for dredging activities and monitor relevant legislation, including the RAMP Act (Part of WRDA). Support the RAMP Act (H.R. 335) and comparable provisions of draft Senate water resources development legislation. Work to secure report language in the Energy and Water Appropriations bill for fiscal year 2014 and 2015 to encourage further dredging of the Calcasieu Ship Channel.
Support the RAMP Act (H.R. 335) and comparable provisions in H.R. 3080, the Water Resources Development Act.
