Work in support of amendments to improve remedies and insurance coverage under DOHSA, highway safety, maritime and aviation laws. Work in opposition to amendments that would reduce or eliminate the remedies available to foreign seamen under U.S. law. Work to limit preemptive effects of legislation authorizing and establishing rules governing the introduction of autonomous vehicles in the 50 states.
Work on reauthorization of FAST (Fixing America's Surface Transportation) Act in support of proposals to increase minimum insurance requirements for over the road truckers and in opposition to liability limitations for broker shippers.
Work in support of legislation to improve FAA aircraft certification process and S.3337, the Restoring Aviation Accountability Act of 2020, in light of the Boeing 737 MAX disaster.

Work on S. 3398 - the EARN IT Act, to increase the duties of online platforms to prevent child sexual exploitation and to increase liability of all parties that participate in or facilitate Child sexual exploitation online.
