Prevent the inclusion of an appropriations rider in the FY 2015 agriculture appropriations bill that would prohibit USDA from promulgating rules to implement the Packers and Stockyards Act pursuant to the 2008 Farm Bill; prevent the inclusion of appropriations to fund the proposed National Bio and Agro Defense Facility (NBAF) that would relocate the Plum Island research facility to Kansas. And, prevent the inclusion of any appropriations rider that would modify country of origin labeling.
