HR 4766 - Permanently Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2010: a bill to permanently extend the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act of 2009 (which allows renters to continue occupying foreclosed properties for a period of time and creates additional protections for tenants receiving Section 8 assistance); all provisions.
HR 4106-Green Affordable Housing Act of 2009: The legislation would authorize HUD to create a program to make grants and loans to owners of eligible federally assisted housing projects for making eligible green retrofit improvements to their properties as long as those owners agree to an affordability extension, as determined by HUD, for the building; all provisions.
HR 5872- General and Special Risk Insurance Funds Availability Act. The act authorizes an additional $5 billion of commitment authority for FHA to insure mortgages under the General Insurance/Special Risk Insurance (GI/SRI) Fund for multifamily rental and health care facilities; all provisions.
